Returns & Exchanges
Ace & Archer will accept returns for all merchandise within 1 year from the original ship date. Products returned within 60 days are eligible for a full refund, issued to the original payment method. Merchandise returned after 60 days are eligible for store credit up to 1 year from the original ship date. Simply use the prepaid return label provided in your shipment and either place the package in your mailbox or drop your parcel at your local post office. If you do not have a prepaid return label, email us for instructions. All merchandise will need returned in the original packaging with all tags intact. Ace & Archer has the right to refuse any product(s) with signs indicating customer wear or damage. All returned merchandise, excluding defective merchandise, is subject to a $9.95 restocking fee.
In order to speed up the return process and quickly receive credit, please include the following information: contact information, order number, and reason for return.

Manufacturer defects reported within 180 days are eligible for a full refund, to the original form of payment, or exchange. This warranty regards product materials and construction under responsible use. Any subjection to harsh chemicals that causes corrosion, damage caused by animals, and damage that is not a result of general wear of the product voids this warranty.
